Thankfully, there are lots of ways you can customize this recipe. It’s super easy to make and a really flexible recipe with lots of room to play with.

Here’s what I used in my casserole:

  • Chicken thighs – use boneless and skinless thighs since you will be cutting them into smaller pieces. You can also use chicken breast instead.
  • Broccoli florets – Chop them up into smaller bites
  • Butter – unsalted
  • Garlic – minced
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Bacon

Ingredients:

Olive oil
Boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
Broccoli florets

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
