As we transition into chillier days, my November Afternoon Tea menu also transitions to warmer flavors and heartier foods, celebrating a month of ample blessings.

A good rule of thumb for serving an Easy Afternoon Tea is offering one to two types of scones, three savory options, and three sweet offerings, which will fill most tiered stands.

A November Afternoon Tea setting can be as simple as a collection of seasonal fruit, bundles of rustic wheat sheaves, warmly colored linens, twinkling votives, and the rustic charm of brown transferware like Spode’s Delamere Brown.
